Terms of Service
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms govern use of Kaamdar (kaamdar.dotsai.cloud), provided by ZeroOne AI Ventures Pvt Ltd, Surat, Gujarat ("ZeroOne", "we"). By using Kaamdar on behalf of a business you accept them for that business. A signed agreement between ZeroOne and a business takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
The service
Kaamdar lets a business set up AI agents with instructions, documents and skills, chat with them, and connect accounts (WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, Excel, Tally, and other APIs) that the agents can use.
Accounts and roles
The business's Admin adds people and decides their roles. Each person keeps their sign-in private. The business is responsible for what happens under its accounts.
Connected accounts and actions
A business connects only accounts it is entitled to use, and keeps to the terms of those services (WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft and others). An agent given read and act access can send messages and emails and change data when a person asks it to. The business decides who gets that access and is responsible for what is sent. Do not use Kaamdar for bulk or unsolicited messaging; WhatsApp may restrict numbers that do.
AI output
Agents can make mistakes. Check important answers, amounts and anything sent to customers. Kaamdar shows the steps each agent took so you can verify them.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content, spam, harassment, or infringement of others' rights.
- No attempts to reach other businesses' data or to disrupt the service.
- No use that breaks the terms of a connected service.
Fees
Fees, if any, are as agreed between ZeroOne and the business.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Kaamdar available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; we will give notice of changes that reduce what a business has paid for.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ZeroOne is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees the business paid for Kaamdar in the three months before the claim.
Ending use
A business can stop using Kaamdar at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction. Questions: meet@dotsai.in.
